Do I have to book a time?

No. You can walk in and take your number at the clinic as always, and Waroo shows you where the line has reached.

Do I have to install anything?

No. Your clinic sends you a link and it opens in any phone browser. No download, no account, no password.

What if my internet stops?

The page keeps showing the last number it knew and tells you it is trying again. It never goes blank on you.

Will everyone see my name?

No. The clinic’s waiting room screen can show only the number, or just your first name. Your full name is on your own page and nowhere else.

What does it cost me?

Seeing your number and your place in the line is free, and being added by the clinic at the desk is free. That is everything Waroo does today, and it costs you nothing. Booking yourself remotely is the one thing we will ever charge you for, and it is not open yet — when it is, your mobile number gets two free bookings, then it is ₹3 a booking, or ₹25 for ten, always shown as Waroo booking fee.
